Just Say Rock announce that the Stryper 25th Anniversary tour has been postponed.
The new dates are as follows:
Melbourne – Wednesday 25th August – Billboard the Venue
Sydney – Thursday 26th August – The Metro Theatre
Brisbane – Saturday 28th August – The Hi Fi Brisbane
All tickets purchased will be honored for entry on the new date.

On Sunday, August 23 Robert Sweet left his home in Las Vegas for rehearsals. The 25th Anniversary Tour is set to kick off on September 11th in Boston @ The House of Blues.

Christian neo-classical progressive thrash metal band TOURNIQUET has enlisted former STRYPER bassist Tim Gaines for its upcoming appearance at the Flevo Festival, an open-air Christian music festival set to take place August 14-17 at a recreation area near Voorst, The Netherlands. The festival was first organized as Kamperland Festival in 1978 by the Dutch arm of Youth for Christ and became a private foundation in 2002.

Bassist Tracy Ferrie will not be performing on the U.S. leg of the Stryper tour. Instead, original bassist Timothy Gaines will be the sole bass player. What was originally planned as a 2-set show, will now be one full 90-minute show, consisting of all the greatest hits and new Stryper material.
