This band eventually caught the ears of Enigma Records and soon afterward would change their name to Stryper and release their first national album, The Yellow And Black Attack. Stryper would go on to sell millions and millions of records and tour the world sharing their music and their faith. Before all of this however, there was The Roxx Regime demo. This is the original limited release of the Roxx Regime demo. There are no over-dubs or re-recordings. This is the way Stryper sounded, before they were Stryper; raw, natural, and destined to change the history of music.

This CD is the original Roxx Regime demo and contains versions of classic Stryper favorites from their first 3 records, including the MTV and Billboard smash hit “Honestly”.

As far as I know this is only available overseas.

Also there are questions whether this is a legal release or not. From what I can tell it is a very high quality product. The artwork it a bit dated and some pictures are just live shots from the video but, the packaging is top notch and the disc is an original silver pressed disc. It also has the Fifthy Thee Five Records logo.

Additional info:

The audio is the same as the DVD. This was put out by a company overseas who paid to release this cd overseas only, as well as the DVD. The problem is that they secured the deal with someone who really wasn’t in the position to sell it. In fact the band nor management wasn’t even aware of it until it started poping up on the internet! It’s currently being hashed out so the proper funds go to the band because right now… they’re not.

“The biggest difference between the live record and the extended versions record is not only the better sound
quality due to re-mastering but we also added “You Won’t Be Lonely” to the set. They (Sony) requested one
song to be added so Kenny and myself went in and mixed the live version of that song to make it worthy of
being added. I’m REALLY serious about quality control and I’m not willing to put anything out unless it’s “up to
par” and I feel that this new mix is. I hope you all enjoy it and it certainly is a collectors edition.”
